1. Shipping Coverage
1.1 We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. For remote or non-serviceable locations, we will notify you during or after order confirmation regarding alternate arrangements or self-pickup options.
2. Shipping Timeframes
2.1 Standard Products: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
2.2 Customized or Bulk Orders: May take up to 7–10 business days for dispatch, depending on inventory and customization requirements.
2.3 Delivery timelines vary by location and typically range between 3–10 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Local Area (within our service jurisdiction): Shipping is free or as discussed at the time of order.
3.2 Outstation or Non-Service Areas: Shipping charges are applicable and will be communicated at the time of order placement.
3.3 For installations outside our jurisdiction, the customer shall bear all transportation and installation costs.
4. Pay on Delivery (POD)
4.1 We offer Pay on Delivery (POD) services for select orders, subject to the following conditions:
4.2 A minimum of 10% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order confirmation.
4.3 The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery, using any of the following methods:
Cash / UPI / Debit/Credit Card (via our secure payment link)
4.4 The delivery executive will collect the payment before handing over the product.
4.5 In case of non-payment on delivery, the product will not be handed over, and re-delivery charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your product is dispatched, our team will share the Bilty or tracking details via WhatsApp to the registered mobile number provided at the time of purchase. You can use this information to track the shipment directly through the logistics partner's platform.
6. Delivery Attempts
6.1 Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your product. If the customer is not available or unreachable, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and reshipping charges may apply.
7. Delays & Exceptions
7.1 We aim to meet the committed timelines; however, delays may occur due to:
7.2 Natural calamities, strikes, or local disturbances
7.3 Transportation delays or unavailability of service
7.4 Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
7.5 In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you promptly.
8. Product Inspection on Delivery
8.1 Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
9. Shipping Partner
9.1 We partner with reputed courier and logistics services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your products.
10. International Shipping
10.1 Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
